Fuel Spider Question
Hey I'm new too the site and had a question.
I have a 1998 Blazer LS 4dr 2 wheel drive with 138,000 miles. Im in the process of getting some work done to make it last me 3-5 more years.
The engine runs great except for the mpg stinks, I get 12mpg in the city and 17mpg on the highway.
Im getting new brakes, AC, & cooling system.
At how many miles does the fuel injection start to go out?

When does it go out? Maybe today, maybe next year, maybe never. There is no 'life span' to the injection system, but general care and maintenance of the fuel system (along with with dumb luck) can have an effect. Some Blazers can go their life without an issue while others conk out early. I wish there was a more definite answer to give.
