Default fuel tank straps 1996 blazer

I need to know where i can get the small fuel tank strap piece with the long bolt attached. I am replacing the fuel pump and i had to cut the bolt to get it off. i found the two regular straps for sale but no luck with the small piece with the bolt attached. I didnt really want to get it at the dealer. Thanks for any help in advance.

In stock item at virtually all Chev/GMC dealers and some AC/Delco jobbers. I paid $12 about 3 years ago...

I'm guessing that the OP was referring to GM #015589. I started on my fuel pump replacement today, and after five hours (with many frustration breaks during), I still don't have the tank dropped. Mostly because of rust on this same tank strap. I soaked it with PB, wire brushed the threads, took it very slow, and I still have about half an inch more to go before the nut is off. All the force of trying to remove the nut was causing the strap to twist severely, and to dig into the side of the tank at the same time. With all the stress that I've put on it, should I just see about buying a new one from the dealer? I've left it to soak overnight in PB, hopefully it will come off. Without rust and hoses that are a b**** to get off, this job would actually be pretty easy.
