Fuel Tank Straps, Tricks?

Default Fuel Tank Straps, Tricks?
Re- installing fuel tank. Anyone have any tricks for keeping the T slot attachments from popping out of the frame.
Last time I had big frustration with the small one on the passenger side.

Sorry to double post, the answer is bungee it back to the drive shaft. That held it in so it doesn't "jiggle out" when you try to get the bolt started on the hanger.
