fuel vent box do i need it

fuel vent box ..what is the box that has fuel lines running to it on the drivers side between the bumper end and the frame rail? Is it a charcoal/vent box? i tock it off bc i broke it when i was off roading is it fine with out it??? thanks

You may end up with fuel in the vapor line back to the engine. If this happens, you could get a misfire. I would replace it.

i have been runing it like this for about 3 weeks now will it do any bad to motor or any thing if i dont???? THANKS

Other than the possibility of a misfire which would cause a hesitation, no.

You'll probably eventually get an SES light. It's part of the emissions equipment. I would definitely recommend replacing it.
