Default fuse panel

im looking for a listing of the fuse panel on the driverside.
my blazer is missing the panel cover. the haynes manual i purchase does not have a listing. (the fuses section 12-1-12-6 page was torn out-Prior library book)
can anyone just pull there fuse panel and take a picture. i have a 96 4x4x4 and this might help me figure out an issue thanks.

and yes i used the search button but didnt come across the info yet...

The fuse info is on pages 308 & 309.
