Is the check engine light on?
Kindly give us timeframes / sequence of events. Are all the new parts because of this problem or did problem occur after maintenance activity.

Degree and timeframes of worsening.. or popped up all at once and has been same since.

no the check engine light aint on and the plugs and wires were on it for about 6 to 7 months, just for a yearly thing i do and the problem only started about 4 or 5 weeks ago but that is y i changed the rotor button and cap do to the lack of responds and poping when u give her gas but made no difference.

Check fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge.

needs to be at 60 at key on,then leave the key on for 10 min. if it drops below 52ish then fuel regulator is bad,Could also be the pump too.

If its starving for fuel then it can cause the loss of power and popping.

the pump seems to be ok but i noticed a raw fuel smell from tail pipe on startup dont know if it is there when i move or let it idle for a bit. iam starting to thing it is fuel regulator, but the top of the motors r different on a 95 and 2000 so is the fuel regulator still hidden under the top of motor like a 95 or is it easy to get at and change.

Sorry, not your peps, or rather more correctly, "peeps". Proper use of the English goes SO far with me, unless English is not your first language. Take offense or not, it will not bother me one way or the other.

The FPR (fuel pressure regulator) is attached to the back side of the fuel injection spider which is located inside intake manifold. To access it, the upper intake plenum (large plastic piece that the throttle body sits on) must be removed. A prerequisite to removing the plenum is removing the throttle body, fuel lines, various hoses/connections, etc.

Have you done the fuel pressure & leak down tests as inquired about above? If so, then what were your results? If not, get a gauge & perform the tests and it will show you whether you have a regulator issue, pump issue, etc.
