Back glass rattle. Is it just the spare tire mount that makes it rattle/squeak? I never had a problem before, the back window got smashed when some idiots broke into it and ever since the replacement its been squeaky? Anything I can do? Seals etc? Anyone ever trouble shoot this?

Rattle Noise Around Window
The rear edge of the window garnish molding rattles.
Insulate the inside of the window garnish molding with foam tape.

To be honest, I don't really know.. it sounds like its squeaking and rattling.. Im thinking its the latch cause I put some WD40 just whent he window latch locks in and it stopped it for a bit.. so im not sure..

the latch is adjustable. it has 3/8 inch bolts. lower it deeper into thegate so that the window will close tightly. try it a fews times to get the best spot.
plus the tire carriers cause this problem. the hinges bushings wear out and allow for the carrier to bounce. take some duct or fiber tape and wrap the carriers bar where it slides into its glide to take up its play.
but my suggestion is to take the tire into the truck where it attaches to the jack area.
