Hello everyone... I am wondering if anyone knows what may be the problem with my truck or if this is normal. My truck shifts into drive and reverse a little hard but sometimes its fine! If i have it in 4low and shift from drive to reverse it shifts noticeably harder! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

4LO will exaggerate any slop in the drivetrain due to the increased mechanical advantage from the gear reduction. So what you are experiencing could be completely normal.
