I replaced my Harmonic balancer yesterday due to it moving sideways. Are there torque specs for the pulley? It seemed nice and straight yesterday while the engine was running now it is slightly moving a little bit. I also threw a little RTV around the oil pan while I had the balancer off.

 

70 ftlbs for the harmonic balancer to crankshaft retaining bolt
43 ftlbs for the crankshaft pulley to balancer retaining bolts
