On my 03 blazer the window on the hatch is supposed to pop up to allow me to open the bottom half of the hatch, but the window will not pop up any more i can still hear the solenoid trying to open but it won't.
Can anyone help me out with this?

 

If you hear the whirring noise, but it doesn't open, it's most likely a broken actuator inside the tailgate panel. Use the 'search' function for 'rear glass actuator', 'tail glass', etc. and read the posts concerning the repair.
