thanks for that tip... I planned to pull dash out anyways... Need to do some other work too

 

Do you know how I can figure if mine is automatic or manual? I wanna order the part off rock auto but I haven't gotten the tool yet to take my current one out.

 

Manual is *****, automatic is the digital controls...

 

Today I was able to pull out the current blend door actuator out. I opened it up and nothing is broken inside. I contented the wires and everything seems to be moving perfectly as then temp is changed... Yet still can't get hot air to blow.

Anyone know what else could be causing this?

 

Tried rotating the blend door manually by hand and it doesn't seem to wanna move. Do I gotta replace whatevers in the "black box" that the blend door actuator sits on top of?
