Heater Not working

Default Heater Not working

Hey, my heater is not working. like the blowers work but i cant get any heat. all im relaying on is the heated seats but nobody wants to ride with me any more.

ok if the blower is blowing then you probably have a heater core problem. first the diagnosis: start your engine and pop your hood and feel of the two hoses going to the heater core when the engine is warm. they should be on the passenger side and dissappear into the firewall side by side. they should both be warm. if one is not or both are not then the heater core is clogged. the fix: if that is the case then what you want to do is unplug one hose, attach a water hose to it and run water through it until it runs clear, then rinse and repeat with the other hose. note: when the hose is on one hose the other should be plugged in. if a bunch of gunk comes out then theres your problem, if not you still might have fixed it. thats the common cause and fix. good luck
