Ok the first problem: I found the older cluch fan to be bad, and replaced it with a new one. Now when i first start the truck in the morning, and start to drive i hear a wureing soung when accelatrating? After about 1-3 mins it stops, and does not happen any more. Unless the truck sets over night, and does it the next morning.

The other thing: is it possible to change the front headlights/grill with a newer front end?

When I replaced my fan clutch the vehicle now sounds like a jet engine ready for takeoff. It quiets down after a few minutes though. Must be normal with new fan clutches.
