hey there recently picked up a 98 4 door 4x4 blazer did the basic tune up crap when i got it, but since i got it it's throwing an evap code, smells like gas, (not leaking from what i can tell) and im lucky to get 150 miles to a tank.

any ideas what im looking at to fix my issue i'm a very good with vehicles but i dont know enough about this truck to diagnose this.

 

There is more than one possible evap code. Can you tell us which code(s) it threw? Also, what exactly did you do in the way of tune-up stuff?

 

i would have to go get them read again to get the code tune up was basic oil air filter checked plugs wires and dist runs like a top with the exception of this issue
