Help please
George,
when I do the test at the filter I have to cycle the switch 2 to 3 times to get the pressure past 50psi. With the key off the pressure still is climbing to nearly 60. So my question is did I screw something up doing this test, and it’s now throwing the results off?

Yes it is a new Delphi fuel pump, with check valve. I thought something wasn’t right as I was looking for initial switch that it shoot to 90. I am wondering if the relay which isn’t new is getting hot and not allowing the pump to run long enough.
