Default Help with sick blazer!!!!!

Hello everyone, I have never posted here before, but i am gonna give it a shot. Surely someone has had this problem! 96 blazer LT 4x4 139k, Ok, when you try and start it, it takes about 15 to 20 secs for it to START firing, and at this point thats all it does for another 5-10 secs is fires and spits and sputters, at last it will crank and of course it is rich as crap. Once it is running, drives and runs fine, as soon as you turn off and try and crank again, same thing. Doesn't matter cold or hot, first crank of 10th crank of the day. Yes it has spark and fuel. Even tryed a coil pack and have fuel pressure gauge hooked up, fine there too. I am at a loss. I just put new OEM plugs and wires on 2k ago, when when had to replace intake gasket for leak, fun that was, lol. Anyway, thanks for your time.

From what you say, it sounds like you may have an internal fuel leak. What are the exact figures you get from the fuel pressure gauge when you follow these diagnostic steps:

Thanks for your reply, I would have to doc that, but my problem with that is, and I COULD be wrong, once it is running it is fine and doesn't run rich. It is only rich when it first starts, I guess because it TRYS to start for so long, if that makes any sense. Once you are driving or it has been running for 30secs or more, you can tell that anything is wong what so ever.
