Default HELP!!! very odd and coincidence no start

So I have my 02 4dr 4x4 in the drive way I replaced the plugs cap rotor and distributor.... Set cyl 1 at tdc right by the book !! So when I drove it from work it showed half a tank of gas before I started on the work.... So I get it together n go to crank it no start !! So I pulled it all did it again no start I then realize that my low fuel light was on which was odd Cuz just had half tank so I put 2 gallons in it and gauge never moved ... So I put my fuel pressure gauge on and nothing ... The pump has been done but is there something I could have done while doing the dist, cap, rotor ??? Its just very very odd that the sender and pump quit at same time I'm an auto tech too!!! That's how I make a living exc its on fords ! And I'm stumped help me out guys please !!! Lol

Do you hear the Fuel pump when you put the key to the on position? You should here it for 3 seconds. If you do not hear it, check to make sure it is getting voltage to the sending unit.
