ok well got the brand new battery installed 34/78 optima red top, also the supposed good alternator which the guy tells me there is nothing wrong with it. so yea i told him it back to stock and give me my money back and he agreed. i also ordered another one from online which will be here tommorow. ok now lies the problem if there is nothing wrong with the new battery or alternator, what else could be making the voltage drop with no system on? OR should i just say screw it and pay the $70 an hour to have my electrical place in town look at it and see whats up??

What is the voltage with the engine running? If it's not at least 14v, then something's wrong with your alt.
I'm pretty sure you can take an alt to Advance and have it load checked. Just don't buy one from them.... Unless you want to replace it again in 6 months.
