High Speed Vibrations HELP!!!
Hello All. I have a 1994.5 Chevy S-10 Blazer 4.3L 4 door 4 wheel drive. (I call it a 1994.5 because it has the engine and the body of a 95 but it was made in 94) I have a problem and I need help.
When I drive on the freeway, about 60mph and over, I get a vibration comming from the front of the truck. Its more in my stearing wheel and whatnot. I've replaced my hub berrings, idler and pitman arm, got an alignment, a balance, rotated my tires, and finally today thinking that it was the problem, got brand new tires. THE VIBRATION ISN'T GOING AWAY!!!
Can someone PLEASE help me with this one?!

The tires would have been my guess but I would also have the rims checked for any run out. They could balance ok and still not be true. If you have a dial indicator you could set it up on the face at the edge of the rim to check the run out on each rim and then compare them to each other. Jack up the front of the car and check for up/down play on the rim (Ball Joints) Check to see if there is any play in/out. (Wheel Bearings/Tie rod Ends/Steering Linkage/loose lug nuts)
