how do you remove the external vents?

Default how do you remove the external vents?
I undid all of the screws, or at least it seemed like it but they won't come out and I need them too cause I'm replacing my wiper motor. Any suggestions???

Are you talking about the 'vents' that remain when the wiper arms are removed-below the windshield? JP PS don't want to write up a longwinded response if this is not what you're talking about.

Even if he doesn't need this information anymore, I do. My wiper motor just died.
