Default how to find a suitable IPC ???

guys i think i have to replace my IPC (instrument panel cluster). i've looked on ebay and haven't seen any. and if i go to the junkyard, how do i know the miles on it if there is no battery and no key??? my 1999 blazer has 106,000 miles on it and i'm almost positive the IPC is draining the battery. i'm hoping to get an IPC with similar mileage, for resale value. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

i'm pretty sure the mileage won't matter on the cluster, it's stored in the computer. When i swapped my old sunfire cluster it was like that anyways.
