How hard are rear drum pads to replace

You can do it. I recommend having a Haynes or Chilton manual handy for your truck and a buddy with a ride in case you have to go to the auto supply store in the middle of the project. Since it's your first time, give yourself a free Saturday for the job.

You'll have more room on your Blazer than on the roller skate in the video. The video gives you the basic idea of what to expect though. Take pictures and do one side at a time, paying close attention of what spring goes where. The primary, (shorter lining) shoe goes toward the front of the vehicle. Don't re-use the old springs, they lose their tension and will not retract the shoes away from the drum when you let off the brakes. For $5 it ain't worth the hassle. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks..... ya, going to take our time take pics to be 100% sure where things go. Doing it all on Monday, so will post up how it all goes.
