Exclamation How to low oil shut-down circut?

Would any one know how to or have a link on how to wire in a low oil pressure engine shut down circuit? Lost a motor once to one of those broken oil remote lines and would hate to ever have it happen again.
Thank's Jeff.

Wonder if something like this could be mounted on the remote,

The PCM commands the fuel pump relay depending on different circumstances: Initial KOEO, (pump prime) cranking, KOER, and a shut down delay. What you're asking can be done. It would involve a couple of relays, an oil pressure switch with 3 terminals, some additional circuits and some modifications to existing circuits. Unfortunately, the modification will add several places that could fail and cause a no start condition. You might be better off just to modify the oil lines. I've done it to several Blazers, (my own included) and there are a few threads here on the forum that explain how to do it. Cost is about the same as replacement lines, maybe a bit more, but they're rated to 2000 psi and will not fail.

Chuck, I kind of bagged that that idea. Did not want to be in the left lane without a few seconds to get someplace. Also my remote start would probably not crank long enough to bring pressure up.
My new idea is just to tee off a low pressure switch with a buzzer. Just not sure were to put it. I don't think there's room enough were the sending switch is. Any ideas?
The OEM lines are new.
Shame I replaced them with no investigation.
Thanks'.

Jeff,
Installing a warning buzzer would be simple and cheap. If you decide to do this, let me know and I can draw you a schematic.
