Default How many Chugs before it starts?

Seems like my engine used to start after one or two chugs, now it takes about six. Is it the starter, the battery or just me?

Get a load test done on the battery. Sounds like your battery may be on its way out.

Mine was six or so, now it's one or even no chugs. I replaced the battery, plugs, wires, rotor and cap.

Battery is Walmart 10 months old. After charging and sitting for a while volts are around 12.4. Too low for a one chug start?
edit: next morning 12.24v.
