how much of a lift do i need to clear 31s

how much of a lift do i need to clear 31s
i have a 2000 stock LT, i was wondering if i would be able to clear 31x10.50x15s by just turning up my stock torsion keys, also i was wondering if the 2wd offset wheels would be a better choice to clear the tires if anyone can help let me know
