how to remove undercarriage tire winch from bumper

Default how to remove undercarriage tire winch from bumper
guys how do you remove the undercarriage tire holder on the bumper side of a 1996 blazer- Do not see any screws- do I need to remove the rear bumper -If so please give details- thks

I don't have my Blazer any more, but I'm pretty sure that there are 2 bolts right behind the rear bumper. I believe that you need to remove the rear bumper to get to those two bolts.
