How to troubleshoot the BTSI - Column Shift

So what you think guys-
Remove
Repair
or
Replace
?
If the answer is "Replace" - we don't have a local GM dealer anymore on the island, and no wreck yards, so it's on-line (Nalley Buick Brunswick are the only ones that pop up on a search)
