If that is the case, then i have pleanty of vacuum to the sele tor module. If so then it has been narrowed down from the selector switch out to the blend. Time to purchase a mighy vac.

I thought it was grey, but I could be mistaken. I went back and looked at my photos and I think a mode selector hose was grey so it could be black. It runs about 80% the length of the dash.. Sorry, but I don't want to remove my dash to confirm.

I bought the reservoir and check valve (as well as much more) from rockauto.com. Very cheap compared to parts stores.

What year is your truck?

Well i managed to get it to blow from just defrost to defrost and floor. I will continue to work on it the next couple of days. If i cant get it fixed then i have to put it back together. It needs to get inspected and plated. If anything my feet wont freeze this coming winter.
