Well it was shifting just not moving lol
The problem ended up being the oil level. My trans guy works for gm trans and he told me when it was all done just dump im 5 quarts and i would be good.. I should have checked right off the git but in the end it took 12-13 quarts and its driving now. This is my 4th trans removal/install but my first automatic. Anyways, i appreciate the help!
