Default I just installed

a new fuel injector kit i bought from Amazon and thank goodness all went well. The ole Blazer fired right up, boy was i excited, until i let it come to an idle, it would race up and down the whole time. I found a vacuum leak where the fuel line enters the upper intake. What did i do wrong and how do i solve the problem. Thanks for your help

There should be a seal/gasket that holds in pressure there. Its a cheap $5 part and like an hour to replace it. Chances are it was probably damaged when you were working on it.

Yes i installed the updated spider, being it is my second vech i did not get in a hurry to do it but it was very simple, the bracket for the air, the fuel lines at the back of the engine was a hassle, make sure to mark the timing as outlined elsewhere on this site. It runs the best it has in years, i nave not driven enough to check the fuel mileage but it has plenty of power and idles great.
