Exclamation I need help!!!!!

I have a 2000 blazer 4wd and it has about 160k miles on it and have not had many issues until now..

I just replaces all 4 tires had them balanced and everything, the old tires were completely bald and it was to the point where it was scary to drive.. The day after I replaced the tires i notices a noise coming from the front end, it sounds like the new tred against the road humming so i wasnt too worried about that. But i noticed a loss in gas mileage it was at about 17-19 now it is down to 14.. This is the first winter with my car so i am not sure if that is normal because of the cold... Also i have noticed that it doesn't cruse at 70 like it used to, it feel like i have to push the car a little harder to reach 70. It feels ok at 65 like it used to at 70...

So i am just wondering if any of this is need for concern and if anyone else has experienced these same problems??

cold = loss of mpgs

new tires with traction = more friction than old crap

hum can be what is known as road noise due to new tread singing on the pavement

did you get agressive knobby a/t, m/t tires or oversized tires? They can change the game as well.

as for concern, your described problems are a bit vague...

also the Lounge is for off topic threads like how much I love those thin pancakes from belguim... With the little fruitty sauce stuff. OMG I want them now

you might want to check the alignment
and make sure everything is tight in the frontend.

^X2^ I would get an alignment and inflate tires to spec on door jamb (not spec on tires)

the noise could be a front wheel bearing
