as a daily driver basically used back and fourth to work what would you suggest id do?

im thinking either squeeze like 25 horsepower between maybe a ecu upgrade and exhaust .. ive done new spark plugs fuel injector head gasket etc

or have it handle better ( which i want more)

i have bilstein shocks front and back.. and decent tires.. but i dont want t ires until summer so what else can i do to it thats not going to require an insane amount of work..?

id like the truck more planted to the ground
