Default Icy problem

I have a 95 blazer with very high mileage. It starts perfectly fine and will even drive with no problems until about a mile, then it struggles to stay running. It shift fine and it does not seem specific to any gear. As it starts to struggle, speed no longer increases and rpm jump back and fourth between 1000 and 1500. We got 14inches of snow yesterday and it got stuck in my friends drive. I was told I could have a little water in the fuel lines, and upon putting more gas into the vehicle it ran longer and better that time. However it is still struggling. I'm going to buy dry gas to see if that helps. Any other ideas on what it could be?

When was your last tune up?

Have you ever replaced your fuel filter?

What about the fuel pump?

What is your fuel pressure?
