The TPS depends directly on it. Check TPS output at key on engine off first. Between the two wires that arent pink. Write voltage {should be less than 1 volt} down.
If you have a vacuum leak or fuel leak in plenum adjusting stop screw will mess things up worse.
Engine at operating temp.
Clean throttlle plate and throttle mouth first.
Disconnect MAF, Disconnect IAC connector. Remove intake tube at throttle body. Duct Tape over IAC inlet port.
Start engine. May need to hold throttle open slightly. If it stalls shim screw with anything from cardboard match cover to popsicle stick.
Adjust rpm to 525 to 600 rpm. RPM may vary some but should not stall or go above 620.
Shut off then key on. TPS should read right around .5 to just less than 1v. I think .5 is right {Thought I saw that when I ran scan on mine} but I get numbers all over when I try to verify.
I'll try to find it in alldata and get back on that

ok i got the screw in a position holding the idle smooth on the 600 mark... before i got to be able to read this i have been tweaking it every ten miles to make sure its correct.. a lil here a lil there... all day today she idled 600 without any vibrations .... maybe a slight baby tremor but not like before where u feel it shake... i drove over 50 miles today so im hoping if any changes were gonna happen with the system it would have happened but if needed ima do those steps.. gotta get a dvom
