what is this screw?

Default what is this screw?

1991 CHEVROLET TRUCK S10 BLAZER 4WD
6 Cylinders 262 Z 4.3L TBI

i was messing around with my injectors and took out a screw that was in the top of the injector, very fine thread, only problem is when i tryed to put it back in the thread on the screw stripped, i dont know what this screw is and where i can find a replacement, please help

I believe that is the screw for the nut kit that help fuel from staying in one side of the intake. They are in the help section at autozone
