Idler pulley
Can be made to run properly also in a vise. Needs some fumbling with some spacer piece and i.e. a nut to properly seat the bearing in the pulley.
Done one repair that way. large nut which nicely fitted the bearing outer ring and a piece of square steel on the inside.
