Default Tensioner idler pulley

Has anyone replace their tensioner idler pulley with something other than the plastic original? Mine is drastically worn and if there is a metal pulley that i can out in its place where the bearing would be replaceable I would be interested.

If anyone is curious the idler between the compressor and alternator uses a standard 5203 bearing that is readily available.

I'm still on my original tensioner pulley with over 230K miles and over 13 years old. I'm really not seeing a problem with the stock OEM pulley or bearing lasting this long.
