When should you think about changing the idler pulley, what mileage. I have had one go out on the road on another blazer I had, know I have a 2001 blazer and wondering what anyone thinks is a good time to change it, the truck has around 92,000 miles already.

Anything else you think could be a good idea, thanks for all your advice.

 

I wouldn't change it unless the bearing in it starts sqeelling
