I have ran into the same problem with not having keyless entry (or possibly just not doing something right) and not being able to see the keyhole. It took me putting a tiny scratch on my door one time to start doing the Hellen Keller to unlock my door when it's dark. I have a 98 LS 4Dr 4x4. I was told that there is a code in the glove box that tells me if I have keyless entry or not. I didn't find the particular code I was told to look for. Other threads say I can add it. If I can add it does anyone have pics of exactly what I need to be looking for? Some RDH or whatever and a transmitter thingy or something. I have an old VIPER System I got from the junk yard. I believe it's a 500 something something series. It came out of a Monte Carlo. If I can go the OEM route easier I would MUCH rather do that. Also, I've been told I can't program my key fob because my rear hatch lock doesn't work. Like at all. Nothing from the dash button, the actual key won't do anything, and it doesn't lock when I lock the doors.....someone, hook me up with some knowledge, pics, and advice PLEASE!!!
