Instrument cluster problem.

I am not sure if cluster is bad or some wires.
Where to download repair manual for free? Wiring diagram of cluster would be great.

step66 is an unknown quantity at this point

I have never found a source to download the factory manual for free,they are like $7 on ebay (CD-ROM) though...
