Default intermittent then steady abs light?

Hello; I have an '01 4wd 4dr blazer with 84,000 miles...recently the abs light has been coming on intermittently and now mostly steady...im easy on the truck and it does seem to brake well...typical problem for our blazers? Any thoughts on the topic greatly appreciated..

Retrieve the DTC's, (Diagnostic Trouble Codes). It can only be done with an ABS capable scan tool. The scan tools that the auto parts stores use for the "Check Engine" light will not access ABS DTC's. Write the DTC's down in the order they are retrieved and post them here.

This happened to me a month or two ago. The light would come on for a few miles, then go off, then on again. I ended up taking off the drivers side tire and noticed that the wire coming off the speed sensor in the wheel bearing was rubbing on something and was worn down to the copper. Wrapped it up and secured the wire and havn't had any lights since.
