Default Just finished my FUEL PUMP swap...

I must say swapping the pump was not fun at all. I did a lot of reading on this forum and I'm glad you guys are very helpful. Without yall I couldn't have done this on my own. Besides, I didn't have $1129 that my local shop wanted to charge me.

Take it you didnt break the vent then. And you do see why the shop might charge that much as well.
They {techs} must groan everytime they get one in for a FP. I would.

I just did my fuel pump and sending unit today, also. Actually wasn't as bad as I had feared. $1129!!?!! That's rediculous! It only took 2-3 hours!
