JUST WILL NOT IDLE UNDER 2000 RPM ????
Wow... Larger font and caps, you must be in a hurry...
About your problem. Sounds like a large vacuum leak. Start by making sure that your throttle cable isn't bound up in some way (floor mat inside, kink in the cable, carbon buildup in the throttle body, etc). Then make sure that all of your vacuum lines are connected and in good condition. Once you have done that, start the engine and trace the lines and manifold connections with an unlit propane torch, listening for a change in the sound.

Please, Please use correct capitalization... It makes your posts difficult to read. Caps should not be used!
As far as the use of propane, just open up the torch (one of those little plumbers torches) and trace the lines. There isn't enough propane coming out of the torch to cause a big fire or explosion.
