Default lazy blazer...???

i have a 97 s10blazer 2door 4x4..obviously 4.3 vortec.
i my car has low end power, and it seems to shift at the apropriate rpm, but off the line (at a red light) she just dons'nt want to move. it's like the brakes are dragging. i dont know if this is because i've gotten used to my wife's 09 charger 3.5 or if my blazer has a problem. no check engine lights.. no codes.. i did the head gaskets in the middle of a snow storm this winter. there is no smoke, leaks or any type of fluids exchanging.
my car has just under 130k on it.

my transmission started slipping in the fall after a highway trip, so because i work at a junkyard, i found a rebuilt one and threw that in.

NEW PARTS LIST- head gaskets, intake gaskets, fuel pump, gas tank, plugs, wires, distributor, gas cap, radiator, auxilary transmission cooler, water pump, new exhaust, ball joints, control arm bushings, sway bar links, idler arm, pitman arm, rear wheel bearings, i bet there is more.. and i forgot.

nothing is binding up... it coasts good on the highway, but it takes forever to get up to speed.

i have a jet performance module hooked up to it, and a throttle body spacer. i dont think i've noticed any diference since i put them on except the whistle from the spacer.

2in body lift, 1.5in daystar grease lift shakles, torsion tweek, 31in tires.

Check the obvious,it seems that the motor is strong, but regulation of all the engine control function systems is amiss. It seems something is not happy with the modifications!

i took off the jet module. my new pcv valve has been rattling, so i put the old on back in. still the same. i'm starting to wonder about my cat and my generic fuel pump? the cat i put on was for a 4 door blazer.(i didnt think it would matter even though it looks a little smaller) and maybe my fuel pump is not putting out enough pressure?

i'm gonna get some gauges this weekend, fuel pressure and do a compression test.

one other problem is that i replaced my rear wheel bearings like a month ago with those axle shaft repair bearings.(offset) i heard a sound the otherday, guess what? if i yank my rear wheels back and forth hard enough they move.(slack) why does this keep happeneing? and this is why i replaced them to begin with.
