Default Light turn off

Hello. I'm here for the first time, and greet the Polish
I have a question:
How do I turn off the light of day and traffic in my car?
Lights are turned on a non-stop when the engine is running.

You can turn off your day time running lights when the truck is on by pushing the dome over ride button located next to your headlight switch. Push it a few times quickly and it'll turn off the lights. they will stay off until you turn off your truck and when you turn it back on the lights will be back on again so you have to press the button again.

I tried but it does not work. How many times have you pressed?
I heard that it only works if the computer is programmed so as to work.

4 or 5 times really quick, I can't remember if you hear a chime once it works. I completely disabled mine.

98 and up DRL

Remove the cover on the fuse box under the hood. Locate the DRL relay. Locate pin 86 on the relay. Bend the pin flat tight to bottom of relay. ( I recommend bending the pin incase you bend the wrong one, you can always straighten it). Then plug the realy back in and check to make sure the DRLs are off and you still have high beams.

this is what worked for me...am guessing you mean daytime running lights.

button mashing wont work on 99 and earlier i believe..at least not my 99
