Default Lights/keys WARNING buzzer thing...

Sorry about the title. I dunno what else to call it.. Recently the buzzer that tells you if you left ur keys in the ignition or left the headlights on has been STAYING ON while driving... And I can't figure out why.... I was wondering if there was a way to disable the buzzer... Until I can take it in to a dealer? Or if any of you have a solution it would be appreciated.
I'll try to get a video later today. It is super annoying

Is the red seat belt warning light on? The switch in the seat belt receiver doesn't always cancel, causing the light and chime to come on.

I posted something yesterday about this. We have the same issue. Not sure how to get it to go away. Did you ever find a solution?

Can't you locate the chime and remove it?

drop the panel under the steering colum, on the right side of the colum youll see the chime, cut the wires to it and call it a day, also check the switches on the side of the dashboard that tells if your door is agar or not, im having an issue with those right now, my chime works when it should but the lights arent good luck hope this helps!

I'm having a similar problem. The plunger that the door pushes when it closes fell back through it's little hole into the dash somewhere. Most of the time it's ok, but I'll go over a bump, and the thing will go off! Usually a couple of well placed kicks will get it to stop. I've been to lazy to start taking panels off to find it. If the chime is under there, I'll yank it out. The blazer has to have the worst buzzer of any car I've driven!
