Question Looking for engine enhancement.

1996 Chevy Blazer LS V6 4.3L. I am looking for solutions to enhancing my vehicles engine.

What are certain things I can do to get a better running and healthier engine?

Looking for better sound AND performance, I am aware that its got some age however, there must be some type of improvements I can make on this baby.

-----

Anything helps, thanks.

Check into getting your pcm tuned. I have a black bear performance tune, brute force CAI and flowmaster super 44 muffler. The sound is amazing and the tune really woke up the 4.3

Thank you very much for the response. What kinda of sound does the FM 44 produce? Deep or somewhat choppy?

The 44 and CAI make a nice deep tone that doesn't sound ricey. A lot of people think I have done a v8 swap lol. Forgot to mention I also have a hi flow cat.

No prob, check out youtube for some sound clips, they never sound as good in video as they do in real life though but it will give you some idea.
