Default Looking for light wiring harness..

I am wanting to install a light bar below my tailgate on my 98 Blazer but I am lost where to attach the wires to. I don't have a trailer hitch on my bumper and cannot seem to locate a light wiring harness anywhere. If I have to hard wire it into my taillights, where exactly would I do that? Any thoughts or can someone point me in the direction of a previous post on the subject that I may have missed?

Thanks

You should have the light duty trailer harness up on top of the rear most frame cross member at the very least.
