I noticed this morning when looking under the hood, I noticed the bolts holding the plenum down were a little loose so i tightened them down.
Could that cause any problems? Misfire?

Probably just hurting your throttle response and mpg. It might have been messin up the fuel to air ratio.

Forgot to say it really depends on how "loose" they were. The torque required isn't very much.

I was able to give a full turn, on most, some I was even able to get 2 or 3 full turns before they started to resist a bit.

you have this blazer very long? Sounds like someone replaced the spider or something to do with the plenum and didnt tighten down the bolts.

I have had the truck since 05 had a gasket replaced for the lower intake in 09. Have not replaced the spider...yet. I will be doing that job sometime soon.
