loss of engine power,at higher rpms

please help,i changed heat sensor,map sensor,throttal posision sensor still the same? its a 1995 4.3

Clogged cat...? A back pressure test will tell you if this is the problem.

I changes my cat yesterday, it had the same problem that you describe!
The change was like night and day! Now it has a lot more power and I don't have to downshift to get more power up hills!

it starts and idles good,but when you give it gas it hastes and spits and sputers,sometimes back fires
